Depends on what you mean. Classical can make people feel emotions the easiest for sure, but rap can most definitely make a person think different things.

Rap probably influences the most people nowadays 'cause its heard by more people and when they're able to get influenced the most. (teens)

Mainstream rap (directly or indirectly) encourages people to think money = happiness and tries to make people bigger material consumers. imo, if it were not for this I doubt it would've became as popular as it is today.

The most influential music would be whatever genre is the most popular...the more people that listen to it, the more influential it is.
