And unless you sweat A LOT, wear an undershirt under all of your shirts.
i exersice every now and then.
i'm still a little overweight though.
if i wear undershirts i still sweat through them and it gets on my regular clothes
edit: also, where i live the humidity is quite high. i don't konw the exact % but its above average i'd say.
