dude, basicly it ONLY comes down to eating well and getting OFF YOUR ASS!!! dont take this the wrong way, i USED to weight 285 LBS at 5'7.......i know what its like to be fat.....
#1 eating well: this doesn't just mean "eat your vegan vegies" this means that: You need to make an apointment with a blood doctor, so that they can analise whether your body is High-Protien or High-Carbs. from there YOU make the diet, find foods that
YOUR BODY LIKES and you think taste good and make a daily diet out of it.
#2 exorcise. i made a decision, it was a
hard one to make. whether to sell my PS3 or my computer. sold the PS3, and bought myself a bike as a present. i started walking/biking to work and school, friends houses and such, instead of asking for rides.....now i bike EVERYWHERE!(i love biking) so basicly, find something you love.....and do it! (must take sweat, if you dont sweat, your not exorcising)
Today i weight..... brb.......160LBS, that means i lost 125 LBS. all i had t do was educate myself......so go make that apointment with your doctor, and find something that
you LIKE to do that you can also exorcise at.
just because people are saying "were the healthiest" i have a question for you......whens the last time you got sick? like a head cold or something like that? i CANT REMEMBER. beat that immune system. i eat (litteraly) TONNES of red meat/year, i have a 2000C protien intake daily, running on 1500C of fruit/vegtables/dairy/wheat. wana know why? my bloodscan stated that im an "extremely high-protien" bloodtype......its what MY body needs, not his.......MY body.
everyones "bio-unit"(body) is slightly different, therefore it needs slightly different care and attention.
