article says it starts at 11 km, sounds reasonable but what is the source for this information - exactly who did these experiments, do you have flight altimeter/odometer/magnetic compass/gyroscopic/accelerometer directional data, how are you mapping speed, do you have any source for the mechanics of this plane, like video of the engines, structural steel tests?

The graph of the data. Blue line is the speed of sound. It is straight up/down between 11-20 km, meaning no change. It doesn't start getting faster again until 20 km according to the graph.
