modern cars have electric starting kits, computers in themto run automatic transmition, power stearing etc.
unless you enjoy soley landline communications, or via land based microwave towers, what do you think your cellphone uses to communicate? satillites with TONS of computer parts running them. let alone modern phones using computers inside them.
without computers your phone would never be mobile so you can call an airstrike in. youd need a radio which has a max range of... what? 50 miles TOPS
you dont think modern planes use computers? their entire interface is laced with computers, without them wed be stuck with ww2 style planes.

wrong, we have much rf communications that require no computer systems whatsoever. military technology has advanced in certain areas, but we're solely of the mind, "if it ain't broke, dont fix it" and much of our communications require no computers at all. HF voice comms can reach from san diego to china, with no satellite whatsoever, and that's from personal experience, being that i'm in the military, and comms and computers are my forte'.
