but I was just watching a show on the Science channel last week and they said satellites in the 70s use to spit there live film negatives back to earth and airplanes would fly around snatching these canisters out of the air - Like wtf? So which is it - stuff burns up on re-entry but live film negatives dont - their so silly.

Yes, a tv show told me that Nasa was snatching canisters of live/exposed Negative film out of the sky with Airplanes in the 70s. It coulda been all satire or it coulda been real. Anyway it was on the Nasa unexplained files on the Science Channel. They were showing a mountain in turkey in a B+W aerial spy photograph from the 1970s, to me it looked like it coulda been shot from an u2 spy plane, but the story went that this photo was from a satellite in the 70s, and since they didn't have the technology to digitally send picture data back then, that this satellite took this picture, then shot a canister of this negative film back to earth where it be snatched out of the air by Military pilots. IT certainly made me laugh, but this is the shit Nasa wants you to believe, c'mon man.

I'm not admitting that we can go to actual space, however rockets can go to low earth altitude and you're told that is space through visual trickery.

Well first off there some debate in the Flat Earth community whether there is a dome or not and secondly no one claims that area of "space" is a vacuum but some kind of aether or liquid or water.

How does orbiting work - well look at project echo from Nasa and you'll get your answer.

As for showing the curve of Earth - check out this video

it shows 3 Nasa shuttle launches shot from an airplane from 35,000 feet and the Flat Earth is clearly visible and they only thing that is curved is the exhaust from the flight path of the shuttle to make you think they are going around a curve.
