So it seems a good 50% of my dreams are scary as hell... and i wake up now since i realize im in a dream... is there a way to change what im dreaming of? like srsly .. last night i had a weird dream, ill skip to the part that was scary (its funny but w/e) So i came home, and my friend was there, and there was TONS of boxes in my yard, so i open the boxes, theirs lil mini evil lookn robots with scissors on there hands, when they activated start to cut grass.. so i had like 100 robots cutting my grass, than all of sudden friend programed them to attack me... i was running blah blah.. scared, realized wtf im dreaming... tryed to wake up was weird had to like seperate mind from body to actually move, was intense... ANYWAYS how do i stop scary dreams and dream of SICK stuff like SNOWBOARDING?
