thats part of it. you think about it and your brain lets you feel whatever. its like when you start counting calories for the first time you instantly start seeing fat growing every minute because you are informed on how calories work now and how much a pound of fat is in calories. its just a placebo effect due to too much attention.
the thing is the risk are maybes and the benefits are happening right now. without something showing people being hurt by GM foods there is nothing other than opinion to say they are hurting people.
Well not like it matters to ne one esle but me, i know that i feel worse when i eat them. It does get into psychology and i know that, but im not going to eat foods that make me feel bad. My whole goal of eatting is to support my body the best i can; so i feel good.
No; based off the research we do have, its not good news, not even close. Just because it hasnt happened now doesnt mean it wont in the future. I would much rather remove it until we show its safe, if that ever happens. Its a very well educated opinion that these are going to cause problems. Im guessing you're not sitting on the side of caution as much as i am, but i dont think its even close to responsible for us to allow them.
And as ive said many many times before, the benefits arent really there. That has been shown.
I dont think we'll ever agree on this, but at least one thing we do agree on; Safety testing needs to be done.
