the effect of crack = making person feel extremely good for a short period of time right?
and the effect of stuff we are discussing here as far as i know= making person think really hard, im sure someone out there will use it just to see a freakshow and for other wrong reasons, but this type of misuse is done all over the place with alchohol and other substances
