Dementia and amnesia = crazy. Got it. What does "not being able to control logic" even mean. And not controlling emotions? Are people with anger issues "crazy"?

If a person was seen counting on their fingers in public, people would think they were crazy

"Oh look Marge, that poor man has to count on his fingers, I wonder what he's got"
"Don't go near him Henry, he looks crazy"
