Have you tried to put the ring back on, or you could just use a roll of electric tape and a razor blade and make your own, or call the company to see if they make a replacement part for that charger, or it looks similar to other chargers - you might be able to replace it yourself. It does seem to work. Was wondering if it was dangerous to do so.
The plastic bit gets stuck inside the buzzer, causing me to have to take it apart to remove it.
I have similar chargers but that one is extremely tiny and I do not have a spare in its size.
