If You dont Understand the Magnet Collector let me Explain

You place a Magnet Station in orbit or out in space and Rocks are ofcourse moving through space all the time and these electromagnets catch these rocks and they stick to the magnet and the alloy inside the rock is what does it.. it will catch these little rocks and hold them to a magnet.. then it will unfold a titanium curtain around the minerals and alloys it caught and drop from space into the water and float because of the titanium curtain on the water for us to collect and use.. it can also be used in space to build in orbit instead of used on earth!

A tower made of magnets that somehow weighs less or something?
Solar panels that catch each other's reflection instead of just being pointed directly at the sun? Who comes up with this shit?

You know how a magnet pushes away from a magnet when its North to north?
WHen You add Electricity the Magnets become more powerful..
the Magnets Press the tower Up and the magnets press down on each other from weight but the magnetic fields keep the magnets Pressing up holding the tower up and all of the weight is in the BASE MAGNETS at the foot of the tower..
Its so Simple to Understand...
Dont forget to add Electricity.. That makes the Magnet More powerful and then the magnet translates its weight down to the next magnet.. the base magnets have to be Powered hard..

Imagine this.. You have Magnets pefectly Alighned or Better yet You have all of these magnets on a bar and the magnets have Holes in them and You start stacking magnets.. You put one on the bar south side down and north side up.. and then one with north side down and south side up and then again with the south side up and then south side down and south side up.. Soon You have a bunch of magnets all with Equal space.. and you Charge the bar with Electricity.. Those magnets push away from each other so fast they fly off the bar...

now if the bar was a tower the magnets keep it supported with electricity.. instead of Round magnets with holes in the center its like 8 bar magnets all at the same hight all around the tower..

If we did what you are proposing there would be the exact same amount of force on the bottom magnet as if it were just a solid tower of the same mass. You would be expending as much energy to raise the tower as just pulling the tower any other method. You might even be wasting more energy due to the resistance in the wires you are powering the electromagnets with.

Your solar panel idea is less efficient than just pointing each solar panel at the sun so they get a full blast of solar energy instead of just whats left over from another panel.

What's the point? Yeah, you could conceivably have a tower that floats at a massive energy cost. You can do that with fans blasting air downwards as well, if you are looking for ideas.

the fans blasting air down does not work there is no oxygen to blast downwords
And Solar Panels absorb 10% the light and the black coating absorbs the rest at no energy gain accept heat.. ware as every reflect to a new solar panel gains another chance to absorb more light into energy!!

They absorb more than 10%, but then let's assume they did only absorb 10%. That means the next panel will, at most, absorb 10% of that so 9%, after that only about 81% remains as compared to the panel facing the sun, etc. Etc. So it will always be less efficient that just having each panel face the sun.

If the black coating absorbs the rest into heat, then there is no reflection. Everything got absorbed. And even if we were to suppose that 10% gets absorbed and the other 90% gets reflected (neither of these numbers are correct - panels typically absorb about 20% and reflect about 70%), even then it makes no sense to capture the reflection. The reflection carries 90% of the original energy, and if you point the second solar panel directly at the sun you'll get 100% of the original energy. The only contrived scenario where this would be a useful setup is if your greatest restriction was horizontal space, but you had lots of vertical space and solar panels. Like if you are living on a tiny island or something, maybe.
