shorter version: focus on the solutions and act on them, get the word out of alternatives that Are sustainable.

The planet is fine.
Once we are long dead it will rebuild itself and flourish.
When people say we need to take better care of the planet, they are saying we need to take better care of ourselves.

I do agree with you, the planet is much more efficient to cure itself and can do so if humans went "poof".

The problem with ringos opinion is, ppl aren't able to comprehend we must all help eachother and the planet we live on, we're all one (in some ways), if ppl evolve and comprehend that, Earth/Humans will live much more harmoniously.

Well actually that's likely the truth. Majority of the population, do mean just that. For the most part they just want to take care of the planet for our existence only; as long as we thrive anything will go.

Look at the tiny fraction of population that actually gives a shit about animals going extinct etc. Hell some people flat out don't even care about the planet, after that movie nolan made intestellar people want to now jump planets if shit on earth gets too bad; basically avoiding responsibility.

It's true though. They're being selfish, which isn't always a bad thing.
I think we need to learn to respect and care for all people, and to help others while we can.
This includes taking care of the Earth while we live on it.
As for the Earth? I have no worries for it. When we die it will be fine.

This is NOT the human condition. This is imperialist Western behavior.
