This is exactly what Déjà Vu is. I thought more people on here would have understood this.

Bruh sometimes I'll remember a dream for a second. Then later on it'll actually happen. Whoa, deja vu.

Dreams we have in our deep sleep that you have no recolection of until that moment in time actually happens then it triggers that sense of farmiliarism known as deja vu. So, in theory, we predict the future in our sleep without being able to consciously predict while we are awake until the scenario plays out, by then, its too late...
