i have had the iphone since it has came out also and never had a problem with it that wasn't resolvable. when working at at&t i had more calls about android than anything.
this is what i dont like about apple products. its overly user friendly to the point that is uncustomizable and inflexible in capabilities. to a computer literate person, little "mess ups" are a small price to pay for the expanded versatility of other operating systems. apple might be good for children, elderly, and the mentally disabled - or people that know little more than how to turn a computer on.
