First point, Why would you ask a medical question on a troll site? See a Doctor.

Lets reviews some basic facts on nicotine

Nicotine raises blood pressure by causing the walls of blood vessels to constrict
By constricting the blood vessel walls to raise blood pressure, nicotine also decreases the amount of blood that can pass through the vessels
This increases stress on weakened areas of the blood vessel walls, which can then bulge or rupture

Caffeine use also results in narrowing of blood vessels

Result,

Less blood flow due to constricted/narrowed blood vessels in your brain put you in an oxygen deprived state. This is likely why you were light headed, dizzy etc..

Increased stress on blood vessels in your nose caused a rupture, hence the nose bleed until your natural clotting process took over.

The lack of Food and Water can certainly be a contributing factor, but then again may not.

Although the effects can be explained by the Coffee and Cig smoking, You should go get a checkup from a real doctor because your experience is certainly not a normal one.

I'm going to tell you something that will make you feel 100% better.

Quit eating taco bell, go get some real food. Drink lots of water. Exercise. Win. (Over an extended period of time, not just for a day or two lol)

You most likely were oxygen deprived for a moment and dehydrated. (I'm not a doctor, so go see one if it keeps up man)
