Cancer is caused by aberrant cell growth. That itself is typically caused by constitutive (meaning too much) expression or otherwise too high activity of specific proteins in a cell -- transcription factors, signaling molecules, whatever.. These cells multiply way too much, which clogs everything.
Some oil's not gonna reverse or slow that, unless it is designed to the very very specific protein(s) causing the cancer in the first place.
That oil comes from a sexy plant -- that's it.
