You got that backwards. Federal law trumps state law. Article 6 of the Constitution says federal authority outranks state authority. Thanks for playing.

i always face palm when i see people pushing for it to be legalized in their state. all it does is make the larger growers more careless so they get raided faster lol.

It's much better to keep the fear going and putting people in jail for a harmless drug.
