How the hell can time be material? You can't even touch it, feel it, or see it. Time is just infinite and goes by. I can't explain it really well. You should get what it means though.

you can see and feel aging which are side effects of time, so... semantics!

Time is a dimension in which events can be ordered from the past through the present into the future, and also the measure of durations of events and the intervals between them.
