Buy sourdough bread. But like actual sourdough from a bakery, not a sourdough from stores. Alot of commercialy sold sourdough contains yeast, but a reputable bakery will have true sourdough. Which has been shown to have no negative effects on celiac sufferers.
good to know ive been spending a small fortune on udi's brand gluten free bread. good for grilled cheese and anything toasted but not toasted eh texture is off me
