My screen is 3d, but the reason more aren't is because 3d sucks. I only opted for the 3d screen on my laptop because I wanted the 120 hz refresh rate which was only available on the 3d screen (and it's brighter).

3d is pretty silly imo, I can't even watch 10mins of a 3d movie w/o getting a migrane...yet as a kid I had no probs with it

Because it would be difficult to navigate with a mouse in 3D
