NASA has recently (within the past year, I believe) published evidence that proves the DNA base pairs can and do form in outer space. So do DNA base analogs, which are very similar to (but not identical to) the traditional ATG and C base pairs that we know and love.

Panspermia is an entirely possible theory of how life started on Earth and now it has some evidence to support it.

It's completely without evidence, however, to think Earth was seeded by any other lifeform, whether divine or otherwise.

We're a product of this planet. Comparing our DNA to other primates proves that. But have the alien visitors accelerated our progress? Did they stumble upon a planet harboring a primitive intelligent species, and change us in their own image? Or are they simply observing and nothing more? We'll probably never know, until they choose to communicate with us

I get where you're coming from. However a large portion of our DNA is shared by all mammalian species. The links have been mapped. So unless your theory includes these aliens faking a portion of the fossil record and engineering the DNA of countless species, then yes, humans are primarily if not wholly a product of evolution taking it's own course on Earth

The theory includes no "aliens faking fossil records". It does include the genetic engineering of countless species.

Evolution on Earth is a possible explanation for the genetic links between humans and other organisms. Being intelligently engineered from the same source is another possible explanation for the links.

Personally I think the theory that life was "seeded" (for lack of a better word) on earth by single cell organisms from a comet or similar that crashed into it, possibly during early formation of the solar system (was going to say during formation but realised it hasn't technically stopped has it?), makes the most sense but I'm not sure of the current evidence around this as I haven't looked into this stuff for a few years and from what I understand evidence of this may be impossible to find.
I don't think that "aliens" have interfered with human evolution but as far as i'm concerned (at this point) it's entirely possible.

Even the seed theories don't explain how DNA/RNA came about in the first place.
