you realize death is the most unhealthy state right? heroin overdose is not hard to do and you can die easily using heroin.
there is far too much risk involved with using heroin because you never really know whats going to happen until it happens.
Yeah but so can many other things that aren't harmful in normal doses... It's like saying asprin is bad for you because if you overdose you are dead.
Be smart about using (IE know your dealer and always make sure your heorin is the same potency as before) and this won't EVER happen.

I don't care if it's hard for heroin to kill you, but I'm sorry you're an idiot if you think fast food is worse. Heroin regularly turns you into an addict, the effects of an addiction to a drug like heroin far exceed anything fast food could do to you. There is a reason heroin possesion is one of the most serious drug possesion crimes in the world. It's one of the most dangerous drugs.
And also, he didn't say how it affects your life or which one "will turn your life upside down". This is strictly "which one is worse for your health". And if you look at your health and how foods negatively affect your body vs heroin, junk food wins.
