You may not have schizophrena (not a schizophrenia), but you definitely are more paranoid than the average individual. Unless you have concrete evidence that someone is actually trying to inflict harm on you, you should ignore these thoughts and just try to live your life.
Music is a great way to deal with the symptoms. You should also try telling close friends and adults about your feelings so they can better understand you if you're acting 'strange'.
I would consider getting more opinions from professional help, since this problems definitely seems to be getting in the way of your life.
