The only evidence for the existence of aliens and UFOs for the past 100 years or so is simply people's testimonials.
No hard physical evidence has ever shown up. UFO "enthusiasts" claim the government is conspiring to keep it out of our hands.
Yet the U.S. government is a leaky sieve that constantly loses secrets all the time.

Other governments also presumably conspire to keep alien knowledge secret. But the U.S. government can't control all these other countries to prevent their UFO secrets from leaking out. Despite the fact that there have been claims of tens of thousands of aliens coming here, there has not been a single instance of an alien physical object falling into the hands of an independent or university lab.

Common sense.

Why would there be such a great expanse and us be the only planet with life?

Why not? Think about it:

There are millions of animals and creatures on our own planet, yet we are the only ones "intelligent". The odds of another planet out there, capable of supporting life, and even intelligent life, is very slim.

Apes are 99% as intelligent as we are, so are dolphins etc



There is bacteria on mars, what do you have to say about that?
