Mine's wired and somehow it STILL manages to fall off the desk. I haven't quite figured out how, but this thing's pretty beast. It's just some random smooth-scrolling Microsoft mouse that I bought at Office Max right before my freshman year of college, and it's still going.

What's the point of that.. Unless you play outside then go for it.

Who wants to keep buying batteries? The wire doesn't even get in the way at all :/.

Stock up on PS2 mice with cords from Goodwill.

There is a solution, its called washing your hands. I have never had an issue like this before, I have been using the same mouse for a good 3 years and that has never happened to mine.
