From the video, it's clear that the circuit is able to be wired, but that doesn't mean anything. Where do you find that it actually creates more energy? As for a source, I meant something that was published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. Have anything like that? Because that PDF doesn't have any interpretation of the measurements. At one point, I even saw that it said something about someone stealing one of the batteries they had tried to use.
