Agreed, I've meet some really stupid people in my life.

The Papparazzi is the lowest form because they were chasing an iconic figure and she crashed and was in immense pain. The Papparazzi would merely take many photos of the scene without calling an ambulance.

That's excl/incl. ineffective erythropoiesis? Make sure you take that into acc.
