yeah its pretty much because after time and use the blood vessels expand from increased blood flow.

Sorry, but this is incorrect.

During exercise, you want to increase the blood flow in your body because of increased cellular oxygen demand.

Expansion (dilation) of blood vessels --> Decreases blood pressure --> Decreases blood flow --> Hypoxia (lack of oxygen)
