if there exists intelligent life there (like equal to our own, or more) they would be what? 2 feet tall, but weight 450 lbs. stout limbs. rough, hardened skin from the heat. fire breathing? lets go there.
the mass isnt the worst part i think is the planet dosent spin its like our moon the same side faces the star at all times so its ether -100 or 600 " my guess not for sure " and we could only visit the parts where is turns from light to dark the horizon on the sides top bottom etc but because of this there would be massive wind storms due to the hot air moving to the cold side more so then on earth cause we get sun on all sides etc,
it would be stand-able but the astronauts would have to do extensive work outs on the flight over do to lack of gravity in space majority of there time would be devoted to exercise cause you loose like 25% of you muscle in space
