Well, I've recently been being told more and more that I'm weird, or strange for this but it's kind of a ritualistic thing that I picked up from a friend a number of years ago.
When I buy a new pack of smokes, the first thing I do after packing, and opening said pack I will open, then flick the bottom of the pack and which ever cigarette sticks up the most I will pull out and put back in filter side down and dub it my "lucky smoke" which I ultimately smoke last, never ever failing to save it for last.
I haven't seen any actual "luck" come from it (none that is noticeable anyways) however I've seen smokers all over do this, so it cant just be a regional thing, does anyone maybe know where this tradition/superstition originated from?
A lot of people do this o.O

It will work if you believe, but smoking the cigarettes will not make you very lucky in the long run.
This. I think the ratio is -10 minutes from your life per "unlucky cigarette" and -5 per "lucky cigarette"
