It has nothing to do with THC directly. Color is just an indicator that you are trying to dilute the sample. I'm not exactly sure how it works but I think they can give a bad result or ask you to take it again if the water content is too high.

THC in its delta-9-isomer form is not water soluble at all.

as long as you give it 48 hours and an official flusher at least an hour before testing, you are good.
water and exercise would also help very much. however, excess water is not good.

I don't think drinking water helps at all really. THC is not water-soluble.

Your right. However, drinking more fluids does speed the process of flushing significantly.
