It's debatable whether we can even save it lol

I believe we're past the tipping point. The warming we've seen already is virtually all from pre 1960s pollution. The earth's avg. temperature has risen .8 degrees C, with some parts like Alaska rising as much as 3.5 degrees C, and Greenland and Antartica rising over 5 degrees C.

If we stopped all pollution today, the earth would still warm about another 1 degree C, which could have huge effects on topic places like Greenland.

The very real problem is that climate change feeds on itself.. the more deserts there are, the more they expand and grow drier and warmer. The less ice there is, the more sun and heat is absorbed into the ocean cause it isn't reflected anymore.

The earth will never die, we will. We say we are destroying the planet but we are only destroying ourself (and animals) the earth was always and will always regenerate itself. It's a cycle.

None of the shit we do, apart from dropping a shitload of nukes at one time, is any worse then what the planet has gone through on a regular basis.
Super volcanoes, meteors, ice ages. These are all things that have happened before, and will most definatley happen again.
1 Degree is nothing compared to a meteor which would cause everything above ground to catch fire all over the planet.
Not to mention all the Co2, debri, and dust from a super volcanoe, many times greather then what our nukes could do.
