I bet their has been soldiers that have been kidnapped by their own government to do tests with, who knows what kind of tests. But I seen some documentary on it, basically saying soldiers are the perfect targets for testing on as it's easy to tell their familys they died @ war.

Who knows, it'd be pretty cool though. For a bit, then it would just be scary/unstoppable. If there's one thing I've learned, no one ever aims for the head until it's too late xD
