Because i have been wondering this for so long

Because my father is in very good shape etc ( 6"1/193 lbs )
and my mom is normal , and im pretty in good shape and i didnt work out that much (5"8/158 lbs 16 years old , during 5 months that im training )

And im not fat !!

your 16, you probably have a high metabolism.
so even if you eat huge breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you probably wont gain much weight, especially if you excersice.
but if you were to continue to eat that much towards your mid twenties/thirties, your metabolism will drop and you will begin to gain weight more quickly. (fat weight that is)

There is as far as i remember a gene for being fat. Not that you will necessarily be fat if you got that gene, but it's more likely. You cannot change your genes with your lifestyle.
