Help With Dimesions - Topic

I honestly don't have the brain power/knowledge to comprehend most of the things being explained.
But wikipedia is always right.

I found this good quote in a wiki about supersymmetry:
"It is possible to have supersymmetry in dimensions other than four. Because the properties of spinors change drastically between different dimensions, each dimension has its characteristic. In d dimensions, the size of spinors is roughly 2d/2 or 2(d − 1)/2. Since the maximum number of supersymmetries is 32, the greatest number of dimensions in which a supersymmetric theory can exist is eleven."

I feel ya bro.. I get like 90% of what I'm learning though theres still a bit beyond what I can grasp though
I'm trying here to understand what hawking's is trying to prove with his newest work.

Either A theres loss of information or B there isn't however whats Hawking's is claiming is that after 30 years arguing
that thee is in fact a lose of information now hes trying to prove that the information is not lost but projected in another
Dimension where there are no black holes. This in return negates the effect and doesn't conflict with Cause and effect

EDIT
I watched that video however if dimension 4 is temperal then the rest should not exists cause it would be a paradox.

Mathematics can explain dimensions in a mathematical way. But it's beyond human comprehension. It just gives values that are comprehensible.

Zeroth is a point
First is a line
Second is a plane
Third's a cube (or some other 3d structure).
Fourth is simply beyond human imagination.

The youtube link just analogizes post-third dimensions. So you have an idea that's kind of like it, but not quite.

in "fabric of the cosmos" brian greene explains why there must be either 4 or 10 dimensions (including time). this is based on how it works on paper; no one has any i dea what these dimensions would look like. on explanation is the kaligi yau (sp?) shape (google image search).
