well as the planets rotate around the sun they get further and further away? or closer w/e i donno, but what if were just in the perfect distance away from the sun and its this planets time to have living organisms? all the planets outwards from earth could have had living organisms on them millions--- billions of years ago when they were in our distance from the sun? i donno thought i'd throw that in there dunno if its relevant at all but owell lol

Well I am going to state right here I am a Christian so I don't believe in evolution or the big bang theory. (Google some stuff that proves that the earth is only about 6000-1000 years old). But what I am saying is that neither the atheist nor the theist can be 100% proven by science. Nobody knows where God came from (the Bible states that humans won't ever be able to comprehend his ways) and nobody can explain where these stars that exploded came from. Both require faith.

can i see this stuff that you googled?

it wouldnt work like that, other planets cant sustain life because they dont have the right components, not just temperature

everything ive been saying is entirely theoritcal, i guess all im trying to prove is how vague and confusing it is when you actually open your mind to it, to the point where you just accept that you don't know and maybe stop bullshitting answers for yourself

Science proves with reasonable backing that A: organisms evolve, B: The universe started from a singularity. Single celled organisms have a LOT to adopt to, whether it be infiltrators (viruses and/or parasites) or environmental changes (temperature, pressure, molecular composition). The largest time so far when life was present, was in microbial form. Those small organisms had millions of years to adapt and grow.

And to the guy with 'the earth is 6000 years old'. Please explain to me why we have background radiation.

Science is all about finding facts and then producing a theory. When you are religious, you try to find facts inside the huge pile of numbers to support your theory.

Science =/= religion. They should be spread apart as much as possible.

that is the big bang. really you need to go learn this stuff before you call it vague and confusing because you obviously have no real idea what you are talking about.

oh i wasnt familiar with the way he worded it, of course i know about the big bang. rather, the big bang THEORY. theres no proof and also there is something unexplainable behind the big bang even if it were true. something like that doesn't just naturally occur

the only thing that doesn't get included in the big bang is where the singularity came from and thats why is really still a theory. it makes total sense aside from we can't really explain the origin. i mean lets just be clear..if you can't find the logic in the theory than you have a limited understanding and therefore your opinion is really useless to argue with. not trying to be rude but if you can't understand what its saying thats a personal problem.

i understand the theory but to believe in such a far fetched occurrence with so much certainty just because you have faith in science is a little bit silly, and to call my opinion worthless just because i dont is pretty rude. I'm sorry that i dont beleive an explosion of particles caused the creation of an immensely complex solar system and also created highly complex life forms that inhabit a planet that is in the absolute perfect position for survival and also contains all of the unlikely resources for survival on it

and im not asking for arguements, im just looking for insight. if youre going to get hostile then dont post because thats not what im here for
