I don't think so from what I see the majority of it brings more conflict.

wait wait wait, according to science noone has free will, so obviously fate is all there is and something like that has to created by a higher being, if there was no god than science would prove free will not fate, so yes religion is a neccessity because it explains fate better than science does.

Bell's inequality is a pretty serious blow to the idea of fate/determination (basically that the future is set in stone). There are 3 main ideas at war here:

1. General relativity
2. Quantum mechanics
3. Determinism

It is impossible to create a consistent (consistent with observation) world view with all 3. At MOST you can only pick 2. Typically #1 and #2 are chosen (although it is possible to choose #3, but if you do you must give up #1 or #2). This of course does not address the concept of free will. The concept of free will is not particularly well defined and I wouldn't hold my breath while waiting for a definitive answer.
