probably not if you're not trying to breed them. they'll eat fish eggs and any fish food that makes it to the bottom. if you have a decent filter you can simply stir the gravel and rustle the plants. the food and coccoons should eventually be filtered out, and the live worms will either die, or even potentially be eaten by the fish. the worms themselves aren't really a problem to the fish, but the cause of the worms are. if you're feeding meat the the aquarium it will decompose and cause water quality issues. so as far as the worms go, eliminating the excess food in the tank should solve both problems.

use snail killer
scrub tank walls
take plants out and clean them with treated water in a bucket
vacuum rocks/change water
change filter
stop putting random shit in your tank
start using aquarium salt in general
