1. Eat healthy, it's not hard.
2. Drink lots of water, milk is good too.
3. Run and lift
Done, there's your 6 pack abs, there's no such thing as a
really quick six pack it takes discipline and a healthy diet. Long as you have a good abs routine mixed in with your lifting and running it'll sprout in like 3-6 months depending on how fat you are right now.
