But if he doesn't excercise he will lose out on thats days muscle development =\ He needs water to work out

he wants the fastest result. the fastest way to get a 6 pack is to sit ina sauna for 3 hours and then not drink any water the rest of day. for the whole day, youll be ripped. another way u can do is dont eat for 3 days and just drink water. ull get ripped

Dumbass.

1. Eat healthy, it's not hard.
2. Drink lots of water, milk is good too.
3. Run and lift

Done, there's your 6 pack abs, there's no such thing as a really quick six pack it takes discipline and a healthy diet. Long as you have a good abs routine mixed in with your lifting and running it'll sprout in like 3-6 months depending on how fat you are right now.
