Does it really matter? Let say today it was proved it was 100% nature (or nurture for that matter). What difference would it make? What changes do you think should be made based on the findings in my scenario?

i think is more on how they grow/what they learn when they are a child. my mom's friend used to take care of a 7 yr old boy who used to play with barbies,
his mother even bought him some so that he could play.
