I agree here, but I do believe it is possible that it exists today, just not with the type of technology portrayed in the 1990s-present's media.

that statement is very,
very extreme with the year range you gave... 10 years ago, its more accurate to say that 3 inches or so was above water - although 13,000 years ago is a different story, then we are talking possible hundreds of feet

look at the pyramids... that was slavery... but nowhere near technology that we are incapable of without slavery.
