Buy a computer monitor with the appropriate inputs.

I have a sweet 21" monitor connected to an xbox via HDMI cables.

I also use it for my dreamcast.

Refresh rate kicks ass, much crisper picture and better contrast ratios than any shitty TV.

And it's typically a shitload cheaper.
