sounds like your working on a budget so i will tell you that out of ps2 and xbox, ps2 is obviously the better one to choose.

My dreamcast is heavily modded and will soon be overclocked.
I play old ass NES, SNES, and GB/GBA games on it.

I also burn regular sega games like House of the Dead and shit.

Decent first person shooters.

edit: I might eventually get a psp so I can keep playing retro consoles.
My ds lite might be bricked.
