i havn't read all of this yet but, basically it states that its wrong because if we only used 10% then we couldn't feel pain in that part, or we couldn't feel stroke or other things in that part, but they seem to forget that there is a part of the brain seperate from alot of those things that happen, that let us know that we are hurt, had a stroke, or anything else, this website can easily be seen as theories, that's all..
e: also, maybe its because we only use 10% of the potential use of our brain so we can live life to 70+ years old, look at the other animals, yeah we may see
them as stupid, or inferior, but look at thier abilities, unhuman like if i say so myself, cats can leap what 10 x the length of thierselves? grasshopers hop
with no care for the gravity limits, many other things could be seen from it too.
Okay simple answer.

Is this more or less than 10%?
Secondly, your brain uses more than 10% just in keeping you alive. Easily. The calorie intake required to keep the brain functioning is ridiculous because its so active. Keeping you alive requires a massive amount of energy, thats why sitting in a chair for a day burns 1000+ calories. Alone. Not to mention the energy requirements of incoming stimuli from all your senses (All six. Yes theres six. I'm counting proprioception. Thats an important one.) Thirdly, on top of ALL THAT, you think, you move, you have millions of neurons firing to scratch that itch between your balls, ten million to take a dump, and having a conversation with another person uses a massive amount of your brain as you activate both speech and auditory regions of the brain as well as the regions for processing, thinking and everything else on top of what you've just added.
Now, shut the fuck up.
