Your inability to be flexible is caused by muscle lock, literally because you do not stretch. You need to stretch as much as possible, double your water intake, decrease marginally your salt intake. If stretching doesn't solve this issue you might actually have a bone issue or a ligament tear which is causing extremely painful tension on muscle fibers.

Bronchitis is usually caused by inflammation to the bronchi and aveoli in the lung usually by smoking or coming in contact with harmful chemicals or someone Else's infected cough.

The pain when you wake up is caused by the fact that your diaphram is relaxed when you are sleeping and the act of waking up causes your muscles to contract, and literally you need to make an effort to get out of bed by moving your legs first and by bringing your knees to your chest.

The pain "throughout the day" is most likely caused by incorrect posture and possibly extensive muscular tension. You need to stretch, exercise and drink water. Stay away from pain killers. Tell me if this advice has already been recommended.

I'm off the pain killers, man was that ever tough. You get addicted so easily,
I'll start streching more often, before my workouts.

you should stretch for at least 10 minutes before and after an hour long workout. it is much better for your body.

and, does the area in question hurt when pressure is put on the area with your hands? I broke my rib over 2 months ago, and there was a static pain followed by intense pain when breathing or sneezing or coughing.

Could you have fractured something in your chest/shoulder while working out perhaps? shit happens...

thats a big problem if you haven't been stretching -- especially if you work out a lot. Trust me, don't push stretching aside as if its useless. I take a good 20 minutes to stretch and another 15 to warm up before I start doing long sprint workouts etc...

It's called paranoia. You're paranoid about H1N1 flu.

Seriously though, are you fat? If so, your man tits could be crushing your chest.

All I see in your profile is a list of multiple games you play.

This just increases the probability that you're fat IRL.
