depends on what you mean. since everything is composed of magnetically charged particles, they all exhibit magnetic forces. even a neutron can be made into a proton by emission of an electron. the only reason we dont observe every material as magnetic is because this force, unlike gravity, cancels itself out with + and - charges. so in a sense, every material exhibits magnetism as the fundamental electromagnetic force.

And an antineutrino

correct. but i dont believe it has a charge, so i didn't find it relevent to the point

is there a periodic table setup that shows all magnetic and non magnetic elements?

uhm. yes and no... the periodic table will tell u which elements are magnetic if you know how to determine orbitals etc...

and like kami said, all things exhibit magnetic properties -- just to varying extents. If you got a magnet powerful enough, your body could technically be magnetized and lifted onto the magnet.

And gravity and magnetism are TOTALLY separate things, but I"m not going to go into this cuz you really don't give a damn.

i kind of want to know, could you put it in a nutshell for me?

So would it be safe to say that anything with a greater - or + would exhibit a stronger magnetic force as the charge gets stronger in one direction?

not sure if only ferrous metals are magnetic or not (metals containing iron).

Naww there has to be other metals that are magnetic, also think about magnetic rocks of those arent ferrous themselves :P
