You can drop some leisurely option and take both, otherwise Physics would open more options for you in college. Physics is widely accepted as a pure academic core, while some schools won't look at forensics, or just see it as an option; you might be shafted there.

Physics for sure, it's a lot more difficult but a whole hell of a lot more rewarding.
