And who wants to sign up with a company like that, who will undoubtedly have their own DRM and who could fuck up the whole process at any time when they shut their doors?
Also, where are you getting 3G capable devices with 5G of storage that you can sell for $100? From the same place you're buying your own satellite? lulz.
