Doing some research the closest thing i can find is hypnagogic hallucinations, but it doesn't really match all too well.

Anyway, the other night, I was trying to sleep. I was hearing a womans voice, distorted, ranting on and on, just all gibberish. I couldn't make out but one phrase, 'you will die here', other than that one phrase it was all just random bullshit. But it was extremely loud, shouting directly in my ear.

I have experienced this voice before. Screaming in my ear. Shouting nonsense while I'm trying to fall asleep. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it's a bit unsettling. It's not that I'm afraid of it, it's just so damn loud that it feels like it's going to make me deaf.

Has anyone else experienced this before, or know what is going on here?

that or ghosts who havent moved on in limbo or something or entities and aliens

Those are called thoughts , if you think your thoughts are becoming audible you should lay off the drugs. Or get checked into a psychiatric ward before they tell you too kill someone.

I experience this from former drug use. Have you used amphetamines or hallucinogens in the past?
